Paid for Amenities We Could Not Use Positive: I really liked the location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, including a dishwasher. It was also a nice touch that cosmetics and slippers were provided. The building itself has a very nice pool, gym, and beach access. Unfortunately, we were not able to use these facilities because we did not receive an access card, as the previous tenant had lost it. Negative: I was particularly disappointed that we did not receive an access card for the entire duration of our stay. In practice, this meant we could not even enter the building freely and had to rely on the reception staff each time. There were situations where we had to wait outside until someone let us in. We also had no access from the parking garage directly into the building, which forced us to walk around the driveway, even with luggage, just to get inside. Additionally, we were unable to use any of the facilities, including the pool, gym, and beach, as all of them required an access card. Despite multiple requests, we never received one during our stay. This was especially disappointing because access to the pool and beach was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Fortunately, we only stayed for a short period and eventually moved to another apartment where we do have access to the pool, beach, and gym. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable, as we had no access to the amenities and even basic entry to the building was inconvenient and restricted.

Very nice apartment, great views. And clean and modern Positive: Apartment was very nice and bright. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kitchen was good. Balcony was amazing and the views were fab! Good location. On the beach and some cafes down below. Pool was lovely with great views. Free underground parking. Negative: Tv didn’t work. We informed the team immediately but it wasn’t fixed. There was 4 of us saying but only enough towels for 2 people. Text straight away asking for more towels. They didn’t arrive until 2 hours later when we all had our shower. Check in time originally was 2pm when I booked. When I asked them if we could arrive earlier they said the check in time is 4pm. I said no it says 2pm. And they went and changed it on booking.com. But I still have the screenshot that says it’s from 2pm. When we did arrive at 4pm. The cleaner was still in the apartment washing the floors.
